Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

Depending on the destination, orders are shipped using trusted shipping providers, including Box Now, Akis Express, and Cyprus Post.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Cyprus: 1–3 business days
Greece: 5–10 business days
European Union: 5–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided. If the shipping carrier or local post office requires the package to be collected from a pickup location or post office, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection within the time specified by the carrier.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or failure to cooperate with the shipping carrier, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the customer's responsibility.

Packages that are returned to us because they were not collected, because the delivery address was incorrect, or because delivery could not be completed for reasons beyond our control may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered. Identity Hellas cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.
